The R4 is a large flexible design that can be configured in various layouts combining a single storey open plan living space linked to a bedroom wing with 2 large family bathrooms, utility space and up to 4 bedrooms.

The R4 is the largest house available in the R.HOUSE range. It is a combination of a modified R2 layout and a single storey living wing. Although it occupies a relatively large footprint, the layout can be configured to suit individual sites, allowing the house to sit comfortably in its surroundings.
